How do I know I’m getting my pet back?
We utilize a secure tracking system (Angelpaw) from the moment we receive your pet into our concierge care until the moment they are hand-delivered back to your door. You will receive updates at every milestone.
Can I still have an urn or a memorial?
Yes. You receive the same "ashes" (mineral remains) as you would with cremation, only they are cleaner and more refined. They are perfect for our Heirloom Commission pieces or any urn of your choice.
